Algordanza, a Swiss company, invented a unique way to honor those who have passed away. By using cremated remains to create a diamond.
How is it possible? Human body is 18% carbon, the material which diamond is made of. Algordanza use the 2% carbon from the remains and compress it into diamonds.
Of course it doesn’t come cheap, the prices start from $4474 USD and they claim that these memorial diamonds can last forever and indistinguishable from real diamonds.
